What Logger is

Logger is a privately developed, third-party tool created by Bobthrbadmaker. It is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Washiez or its leadership. It is designed to help Washiez Co-Hosts generate session logs from photos, and access is limited to authorised members only.

Getting access

Logger is only available to Washiez members ranked Assistant Manager (AM) or above. To request access, contact Bobthrbadmaker directly and provide your in-game rank for verification. Access is granted on a case-by-case basis at the administrator's discretion.

Acceptable use

By using Logger, you agree to the following:

• You will not share your login credentials with anyone
• You will not attempt to bypass, circumvent, or exploit the app's access controls
• You will only use Logger for its intended purpose of generating Washiez training session logs
• You will not attempt to overload, abuse, or disrupt the service
• You will not use Logger to process photos of people without their knowledge in a context unrelated to Washiez training sessions
• Access is personal and non-transferable — if you leave Washiez or your rank drops below AM, your access may be revoked without notice

Violation of these terms may result in immediate and permanent revocation of access.

What we collect

When you use Logger, the following information is processed:

• Photos you take or upload are sent to Anthropic's API (Claude) to read the session roster and generate a log. Photos are not stored by Logger — they are processed in real time and discarded immediately after the log is generated.
• Your account information (name, email address, or Discord identity) is stored by Clerk, our authentication provider, when you sign in. We use this to identify who is using the app.
• Your IP address is logged each time a log is generated. This is used to enforce rate limits and detect misuse.
• Generated logs are saved locally on your device only, using your browser's local storage. Logger's servers do not store your logs.
• Usage counts (how many logs you have generated and your current limit) are stored on your account via Clerk's metadata system.
• Log content — if you have not opted out, the text of each generated log is sent to a public Discord channel visible to all members of the Logger Discord server. No identifying information is included.

Data retention

• Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. If your account is deleted, Clerk will remove your data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
• IP logs sent to Discord are retained for as long as the Discord channel history is kept, and are only visible to the administrator.
• Locally stored logs on your device are retained until you clear them manually or clear your browser data.

What we share

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. When a log is generated, your display name, IP address, and usage count are sent to a private Discord channel visible only to the app's administrator (Bobthrbadmaker). If log content sharing is enabled on your account, only the generated log text is sent to a public Discord channel — no identifying information such as your name, email, or IP address is included.

Your choices

You can opt out of log content being sent to the public Discord channel at any time by going to Settings within the app and toggling off "Share logs with community." Turning this off does not affect your ability to use Logger or generate logs. Your display name, IP address, and usage count are always sent to the administrator's private channel regardless of this setting.

Logger uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Clerk (authentication) — clerk.com/privacy
• Anthropic (AI log generation) — anthropic.com/privacy
• Railway (server hosting) — railway.app/legal/privacy
• Netlify (app hosting) — netlify.com/privacy

Age requirement

Logger is intended for users aged 13 and over. By signing in, you confirm you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you must not use this app.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting Bobthrbadmaker directly. Since logs are stored only on your device, you can clear them at any time using the "Clear all" button in the Past Logs screen. You may also request a summary of what information is held about you by contacting the administrator.

Service availability

Logger is provided as-is with no guarantee of uptime or availability. The administrator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Logger after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated.
